#3. It’s a Sectional Game!

Remember that to qualify the RBI exam you have to clear the sectional cut off as well as overall cutoff. So, don’t neglect any section. Never get stuck on your favourite or least favourite section. Set yourself hard time limits for each section. Then move on. Also, factor in the time it will take you to navigate from one section to another. Your aim after all is not to score maximum in any section. You need to clear cut offs in each section, while maximizing your overall score.

In the exam, your strategy should not be such that you start solving the question as soon as it appears on the screen. Before starting on solving the question, you have to first think “Is it worth solving?” Only after seeing the question will you get to know the difficulty level of the question to be attempted. And the examiners have a way of hiding the easy questions at the end. While you may come across some questions at the beginning that are really time-consuming. The only way to make sure you maximize your score is by taking a look at all the questions and picking the ones you want to solve. In this way, you will attempt the entire paper well.
