Eligibility Criteria for RBI Assistant 2018

Two stage eligibility criteria announced for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2018 as follows

  • Educational Qualification

Nationality/ Citizenship

A Candidate must be either – a Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from other countries above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Age Limit

Above 20 years – Below 28 years.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent

(a) Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating in RBI.
(b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.

Official Notification regarding RBI Assistant 2018 will be released on the “ibps.in” official website. The exam will be conducted by IBPS in the National level every year. This year the recruitment process for Assistant posts in different branches of RBI across India will be conducted.
