IBPS holds multiple bank recruitment exams throughout the year to fill various posts. The IBPS SO, IBPS RRB (Officer Sc. I, II and III along with IBPS RRB Office Assistant), IBPS PO, etc. are some of the most significant exams.
IBPS conducts a common IBPS SO Exam across the country to fill SO vacancies in various banks that participate in this exam. Once you qualify, you are hired as a Specialist Officer in one of the participating banks as per your preference, merit and IBPS SO cut off. Different branches for the exam is being held are IT, HR, Agricultural Field, Rajbhasha, Marketing and Law.
If you are wondering about IBPS SO salary, then you should know that after you are selected as an IBPS SO, you will be getting a decent salary in the initial period of your service. The basic pay will be Rs. 30,000 – 38, 000/-. On top of it, Dearness Allowances are also released by the banks on quarterly term based on the Consumer Price Index.
In the IBPS SO 2017 Exam, 20 banks are participating.
